Brilliant Welcome Email

After activating your Brilliant account, one of the initial steps is to inform your Clients about your partnership with Brilliant. The Brilliant platform will send an email to notify them about the feedback forms they will begin receiving. This email explains what's in store for them and that it helps you gain insights into your clients' user experience and improve your service accordingly. Before the first email is sent, you will have the opportunity to review, edit, or completely customize it according to your preferences.

You can accesss the introduction email and make the changes you wish in the editor found under  Settings -> More settings -> Templates section
